3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration Process

This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information db88 may require from time to time. You are strictly prohibited from providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point thereafter.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one db88 account. Opening, using, or attempting to use multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or the name of another person — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that you have more than one account, you must contact db88 support immediately.

3.3 KYC Verification

db88 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with industry best practices. db88 may, at any time, request documentation to verify your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership. Acceptable documents include government-issued national identity cards, passports, driving licences, utility bills, and bank statements issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated time frame may result in account suspension and/or withdrawal restrictions.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your db88 username and password. All activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. db88 will never contact you to request your password. You must immediately notify db88 support if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. db88 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which is available to all registered members.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

db88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based members: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). db88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own fees independently.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits may vary depending on the payment method selected and the verification status of your account. Members who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits. db88 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and typically processed within one to four hours during standard operating hours. Withdrawals submitted outside peak hours may take longer. db88 reserves the right to conduct additional identity and payment verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal, and may temporarily hold a withdrawal request pending the outcome of such checks.

4.4 Currency & Exchange Rates

All db88 transactions are conducted in BDT. Where game providers or third-party services display amounts in other currencies, db88 converts these amounts to BDT at the prevailing exchange rate applied by the platform. db88 makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or competitiveness of exchange rates applied, and you accept these rates as a condition of using the platform.

4.5 Fraud Prevention

db88 employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Any account suspected of involvement in fraudulent payment activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorised use of payment credentials, or structuring deposits to circumvent limits — will be suspended pending investigation. db88 cooperates with payment providers and relevant authorities in the investigation and prosecution of payment fraud.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1 General Bonus Terms

db88 offers a range of promotions to eligible members, including a welcome bonus, BPL season promotions, IPL specials, Eid reload bonuses, Pohela Boishakh offers, and other seasonal campaigns. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet rules. Promotional terms take precedence over general bonus provisions in this section where they differ.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New members may be eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is subject to a wagering requirement that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings. The applicable wagering multiplier, minimum deposit, qualifying games, and expiry period are detailed on the promotions page at the time of claiming. The welcome bonus is available to each eligible member once only and cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other welcome offer.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before associated winnings can be withdrawn. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — slots typically contribute 100%, while table games, live casino games, and cricket betting markets may contribute at a lower percentage. 5.4 Bonus Abuse

db88 reserves the right to void bonuses, winnings, and suspend accounts where bonus abuse is detected. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; making low-risk or mathematically risk-free bets to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other members to transfer bonus value; exploiting errors or glitches in the platform to generate artificial bonus funds. db88's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final.

6. Sports Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets on db88 sports betting markets — including BPL, IPL, ICC tournaments, Bangladesh Tigers international matches, and all other cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sporting events — are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, it is binding and cannot be cancelled or amended by the member, except where db88 explicitly provides a cash-out or edit-bet facility for that specific market.

6.2 Void Bets

db88 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: manifest errors in the odds displayed; match abandonment or postponement beyond the defined settlement period; evidence of match manipulation or match-fixing; technical errors in the bet placement system; or where the event outcome is materially affected by circumstances outside the normal course of the sport. Voided bets are returned to the member's account balance at the original stake.

6.3 In-Play Betting

Live in-play betting markets are available on selected events. In-play odds are updated continuously and reflect real-time match conditions. db88 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific event. db88 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time during an event — including during live play — at its sole discretion. Bets accepted before a market suspension are settled at the confirmed odds.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

db88 applies maximum payout limits per event and per day. These limits are displayed on relevant market pages. db88 reserves the right to reduce stake limits or refuse any bet from any member at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

7. Casino Games

db88 offers a casino games library powered by third-party providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All casino games — including live dealer tables, slots, crash games, table games, and specialty games — are operated under the providers' own certified random number generation (RNG) systems and are subject to the providers' individual game rules.

db88 is not responsible for the software, outcome determination, or specific rules of any individual casino game. In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session, the specific rules of that game's provider shall govern the resolution of any disputed outcome. Where a game provider's rules do not address the specific malfunction, db88 may void the affected round and return the applicable stake.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for individual games are governed by the game provider's certified figures. db88 does not modify RTP settings and makes no representations about the likelihood of winning any specific casino game outcome. 8. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the db88 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where required by law — reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to register on your behalf.

The updated Terms will display the revised effective date at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the db88 platform following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the platform immediately and may request the withdrawal of your available balance subject to all applicable verification procedures.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
